The City of Sydney Council is apparently inviting expressions of interest from vendors who have and#8216;the full capability to design and deliver innovative menus, and prepare, cook and vend gourmet style take-away food for public consumptionand#8217;.
Hubby and I were BIG fans of the Mexican food trucks in NYC (best burritoand#8217;s weand#8217;ve ever eaten!), so we are very excited about this upcoming project for Sydney. With the large diversity of cultures and the plethora of excellent local produce, there is bound to be some awesome fresh and delicious offerings.
The first trucks are going to be trialled between January 2012 and January 2013, so there isnand#8217;t long to wait! {Photo and story via Concrete Playground}.
