One of my favourite blogs, Green Kitchen Stories, has put together a delicious collection of five vegan and gluten free christmas dishes for Bon Appetit Magazine (an American publication) that I just had to share with you.
There is Cinnamon roasted root vegetables, Mustard kale salad, Spiced spinach tarts, Christmas falafels and a Pomegranate cheesecake. Donand#8217;t they all sound totally drool-worthy? I bet you wouldnand#8217;t even miss the turkey.
