Researchers at Northumbria University announced last week that surveyed participants who drank a few glasses of juice мейд from tart Montmorency cherries provided an improvement in and#8220;sleep-efficiencyand#8221;. Perhaps even resulting in up to 25 minutes of extra sleep a night!
With a baby waking me up several times a night, this news is no good to me, but hopefully it is to you. Iand#8217;ll keep eating cherries anyway because they are one of my favourite foods, and now in season!
