I heart this table. I mean, really, really heart it. What I wouldnand#8217;t give to have a house big enough to fit this gorgeous piece of furniture by Brooklyn designer Emily Wettstein.
Imagine planting fresh herbs that you snip and help yourself with at the table? You couldnand#8217;t get lower food miles if you tried! Itand#8217;s and#8216;paddockand#8217; to plate eating at itand#8217;s simplest and freshest. I am totally smitten.
I absolutely love the way the soil and roots are visible and as someone who cares about the origin and travel miles of food, this is right up my alley. The possibilities are endless: herbs, strawberries, lavender, cherry tomatoes and#8211; just to name a few edible options without forgetting all the ornamental and fragrant flowers that could go in there.
What would you plant in this gorgeous table?
